• Details you send through our enquiry form: name, work email, phone, company, town, the brands you are interested in and your message.
• Emails and calls you send or make to us.
• Website usage data and cookies, including HubSpot cookies if you accept them.
• Server and security logs kept by our hosting provider and our security software.

Why we use it and our legal basis

• To reply to your enquiry and, if you ask, to prepare a tailored quote (our legitimate interests, or taking steps at your request).
• To keep business records and run our business (legitimate interests and legal obligations).
• To send marketing only where you have agreed to receive it.
• To keep this website secure (legitimate interests).

Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers to run our business: HubSpot (CRM and enquiry forms, EU data centre), Microsoft 365 (email) and Krystal (website hosting). Where it is needed to answer your enquiry or prepare a quote, we may share relevant details with the brand whose products you ask about. We may also share information with our professional advisers. We do not sell personal data.

International transfers

HubSpot and Microsoft are international groups. Where personal information is transferred outside the UK, they rely on recognised safeguards: standard contractual clauses with the UK International Data Transfer Addendum and, for transfers to the United States, the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies to run and secure this website. Analytics and HubSpot tracking cookies are only set if you accept them, and you can change your choice at any time. Our Cookie Policy lists the cookies we use, what they do and how long they last.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records while we have an active business relationship with you and for 5 years afterwards, then delete them. We delete test and spam entries promptly.

Your rights

You have the right to ask for access to, correction of or erasure of your personal information, to ask us to restrict or stop using it, to object to how we use it and to ask for a copy in a portable format.
